A man who had it all, but in the end calls it his “empire of dirt.” In his final song, which many consider an epitaph to his life, he questions his relationships, his memories, his meaning in life and lastly his faith. Famous for proclaiming his faith in Christianity to his last breath. He was never afraid to mention he was “the biggest sinner of them all.” So tortured, yet so talented. What a beautiful song. RIP Johnny Cash.

It was like something from an old movie, where the sailor sees the girl across the crowded dance floor, turns to his buddy and says, “See that girl? I’m gonna marry her someday.”
